one piece of advice to would-be authors out there: don't be an asshole to your publicist or marketing dept, because it makes us not very happy to work on your books.
and while i'm on a work bitch: i HATE working in a bay. HATE IT. you have no privacy for those important phone calls (cell phone's been cut off, weird vaginal bleeding, hangover from all the coke you did last night) and you can't eat your lunch without everyone sneaking peeks at your food and thinking, "wow, what a fat fuck."
